Nancy Olson

Nancy Olson, MA, is a seasoned Program Analyst at HIRED with extensive experience in workforce development and career counseling. Since February 2017, Nancy has excelled in advanced administrative duties related to program eligibility determination, data entry and analysis, and financial reporting. Prior to this role, Nancy served as a Senior Employment Counselor and Career Coach at HIRED, where responsibilities included case management and coordination of career services for dislocated workers and adults. Nancy's career also includes serving as a Career Counselor for military veterans at RESOURCE and Employment Action Center, and as an Academic Advisor at Capella University, focusing on degree plan development for online students. Nancy holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from Metro State University, and a Graduate Dental Hygienist qualification from the University of Minnesota.
