Roxanne Luedtke

Roxanne Luedtke possesses extensive experience in employment counseling and case management, currently serving as a Transition Navigator at Hired since June 2017, where responsibilities include guiding participants from the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) to self-sufficiency through enhanced social networks and financial wellness. Previously, Roxanne held positions as a Senior Employment Counselor and Employment Counselor, focusing on career guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and implementing a holistic employment service approach for families.
