Adam Gellert

Adam Gellert has a diverse range of work experience, including founding and serving as CEO of HiredHippo, where they aimed to redefine how teams hire for startups and attract off-market talent. Adam also founded and served as a recruitment advisor at The Linkus Group, providing personalized and dedicated support to small and medium-sized businesses and high-growth tech start-ups. Additionally, they co-founded The Help List, a project launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to support professionals whose jobs have been affected by the lockdown. Adam Gellert was also a co-creator of DisruptHR Vaughan, an HR community and event series, and held roles at WeMovePeople, where they were the Director of Recruitment and an Engineering Recruitment Specialist. At WeMovePeople, they generated significant revenue and developed strong relationships with notable clients in the engineering and technology industries.
