Pamela Butler

Pamela Butler is an experienced Operations Manager and Recruiter, currently employed at Premier Placements since October 2015 and at HireDirect, Inc. since October 2018. In both roles, Pamela is responsible for supporting Executive Recruiters to deliver quality and prompt service to clients, providing guidance and training through effective communication. Previous experience includes serving as a Recruitment Advisor, focusing on high-volume screening and interviewing, and maintaining applicant database files. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Tarleton State University (August 2023 - August 2025), a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Park University (2012 - 2014), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Coffeyville Community College (2010 - 2012).
