Arjun Lall

CEO & Co-founder at Hireflow

Arjun Lall has a diverse range of work experience, starting as a Summer Analyst at Bear Stearns in 2006. Arjun then co-founded Fantasy Congress, a political fantasy sports game, while in college. After that, they were a co-founder of JamLegend, an online music rhythm game startup that was later acquired by Zynga in 2011. At Zynga, Arjun held various roles including Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, and Director of Product, where they led a 15-person product team for FarmVille and was responsible for game revenues and user growth.

In 2014, Arjun co-founded Renzu, which eventually became SurveyMonkey Intelligence, and also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Social Capital. Arjun later joined SurveyMonkey as the Head of Product for SurveyMonkey Intelligence.

Arjun's entrepreneurial spirit continued as they co-founded Rocket, a next-gen recruiting agency powered by machine learning, in 2017. In this role, they served as the Co-CEO and Co-Founder. Currently, Arjun is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hireflow, a company that accelerates outbound recruiting through automated sourcing and outreach.

Throughout their career, Arjun's work has been featured in various media outlets such as the New York Times, LA Times, CNN, Fox News, and NPR.

Arjun Lall attended Claremont McKenna College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics.
