Ben Wales

Ben Wales is an experienced leadership coach and consultant specializing in scaling performance for company founders and CEOs. Currently serving as a coach at Leader&Team since January 2018, Ben delivers programs such as the RISE initiative and individual coaching to foster world-class teams. Additional roles include RSA Fellow and Board Advisor at hireful, alongside hosting the Gritty Leaders Podcast which addresses challenging leadership questions. Prior achievements include leading strategic programs at Vistage Worldwide and holding various senior management positions at consulting firms like Sofigate, 3gamma, and Acando. Ben holds multiple qualifications from Henley Business School and a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton.
