Gerardo Villaseñor

Gerardo Villaseñor is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Sr. Cloud Engineer at HireGenics since November 2023, Gerardo previously held the position of Sr. Software Engineer at West Technology Group, where leadership was assumed over a team of developers, focusing on microservices and metric reporting with Grafana and Prometheus. Prior roles include tenures at IBM as an Application Developer specializing in web technologies and as a Java Programmer at Global Hitss, where support for IBM's IGF applications was provided. Gerardo's career began with web development and database design for the Baja California government. Gerardo earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
