Ileana Merced, MBA, has extensive experience in client coordination, business development, and recruitment. Currently a Senior Client Coordinator at HireGenics since May 2015, Ileana also holds experience as a Program Associate in the same company. Prior roles include Account & Business Developer Manager at Select Source International from April 2014 to April 2015, where responsibilities involved evaluating applicant qualifications and maintaining customer relationships. Ileana has also worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager at VETBUILT Services and served as an Administrative Assistant at Universal Career Community College, where tasks included supporting administrative functions and collaborating with the admissions office. Ileana holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Universidad del Turabo and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Puerto Rico-Recinto Humacao.
