Kim Asfoor

Kim Asfoor currently serves as Vice President at HireGenics, leading the Center of Excellence since March 2023. Previously, Kim held various director-level roles at UnitedHealth Group from January 2008 to February 2022, including Director of the Enterprise Supplier Management Program, focusing on managing supplier performance and risk for high-priority suppliers. Kim also directed Consulting Services within Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement, where the responsibilities included team development and high-stakes RFP negotiations. Additionally, Kim led the Contract Labor Program Office, enhancing contingent labor processes and governance. Prior experience includes a director role at Ensemble Chimes Global from August 2003 to January 2008. Kim earned a degree from Concordia College between 1995 and 1999.
