Heber Carrizales

Heber Carrizales is the Founder and CEO of HireIn Cloud, a HR-Tech tech recruitment platform/marketplace with a focus on Latin-American tech talent. Prior to founding HireIn Cloud, Heber worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Product at Rappi, where Heber was responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies and developing talent benchmarks. Heber also has extensive experience as a freelance senior recruiter/manager, senior information technology recruiter at Accenture, IT recruiter at Creo Services, and IT recruiter at Affiliated Computer Services. Heber earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
