Paolo Santori

Paolo Santori has experience in various leadership and management roles in the technology industry. Paolo has served as a Chief Information and Data Officer at Hirematic starting from 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Jobtome from 2019, where they also worked as a VP Engineering, Data & Insights and VP Data & Insights. Paolo was responsible for driving data-driven solutions and optimizing customer journey activities. Before Jobtome, they worked at Contactlab as a Chief Innovation Officer & Head of Data Intelligence and Chief Product Officer, where they managed product development and marketing strategies. Paolo also served as the CTO and Partner at Qwentès Italia Srl, where they streamlined software production processes and contributed to increased company turnover. Earlier in their career, they worked at Eidon as a UI department manager and at Contactlab as a Lead Development Engineer. Paolo started their career as the CTO at Y&R 2.1 and E-business services director at Wundermann. Paolo has a strong background in project management, development, and data analysis.

Paolo Santori attended Liceo Scientifico from 1980 to 1985, earning a degree of 60/60. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Astronomer Certification DAG Authoring for Apache Airflow from Astronomer in 2022, YugabyteDB Fundamentals from Yugabyte in 2021, Introduction to Data Science in Python from Coursera in 2019, and Docker Deep Dive from Pluralsight in 2015.
