Kartik Wadhwani has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. Kartik started their career at Andale as an Account Sales Exec. in 2004. In 2005, they joined Careernet Consulting and held multiple roles in Business Development for seven years. In 2012, they joined HirePro Consulting as AGM Business Development, and later became the National Sales and Business Development Head. In this role, Kartik was responsible for strategy and leading the direct sales organization in key sectors such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, and Manufacturing. Kartik successfully built a national sales organization, achieved YOY growth in revenue, developed go-to-market strategies, conducted product launches, and implemented a sales CRM system.
