Nishant Panchal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nishant began their career at Firstsource as a Sr. Executive, where they were responsible for promoting the complete product portfolio of the brand "Sky" in the UK and Ireland. Nishant sourced clients through calls, cold calling, references, and emails, and successfully achieved sales targets.

Following this, Nishant joined MicroWorld Software Services Pvt Ltd as a Territory Manager - International Business Development. Nishant recruited new prospective partners, supported partners in identifying opportunities, and was responsible for channel revenue growth and retention in the assigned territory.

Nishant then moved on to Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., where they worked as a Sr. Business Development Professional. Following their time at PeopleWorks IN, Nishant joined Kapture CRM as an Enterprise Sales Manager. Nishant'srole involved reaching CXOs and explaining the CRM Cloud product offerings. Nishant successfully scheduled appointments and provided RPCs with detailed explanations of the service offerings and technicalities. Nishant also conducted product/service offerings demos for clients, discussing the capabilities of the products.

Currently, Nishant is working at HirePro as a Manager - Enterprise Sales. Nishant'sresponsibilities include connecting with CXOs and understanding recruitment challenges. The timeframe for this role is ongoing.

Nishant Panchal obtained a PGDBA degree in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from K.J.Somaiya College of Science & Commerce between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, Nishant has obtained several certifications including "Helping Customers Find You," "Leading through Problem Solving and Decision Making," "Planning an effective mobile strategy," and "Reaching Customers Digitally" from Skillsoft in April 2020.
