Rimmy Malhotra

Rimmy Malhotra is a seasoned investment professional and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at HireQuest Inc. since July 2019, Rimmy led the company's public transition on the Nasdaq Exchange under the ticker HQI. As a Partner at Nicoya Capital LLC since February 2013, Rimmy manages The Nicoya Fund, focusing on long-term, value-based investments in smaller capitalization companies. Previously, Rimmy co-founded GoalMine Inc. and served as its CEO, bringing innovative savings and investment solutions to market. Early career positions include roles as an Associate at Spencer Capital, a Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, and as a Manager in the Technology Group at Citigroup Private Bank. Rimmy holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
