Ben Bolton

Ben Bolton is currently the Vice President of FP&A & Assistant Treasurer at HireRight, where responsibilities include leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic growth. Prior to this role, Ben held various leadership positions at Equifax from January 2020 to May 2025, including VP of Corporate Finance and Interim Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Finance, overseeing forecasting and performance reporting for over 350 FP&A professionals and managing a global FP&A team. Earlier experience includes financial analysis roles at Fiserv, where Ben implemented PowerBI, and at Equifax, where Ben supported budgeting and financial reporting. Career began with a position as a Marketing Assistant at Prudential Financial. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of North Georgia.
