Chris Lemens

Chris Lemens serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for HireRight, a position held since January 2019 following a merger that combined HireRight with General Information Services (GIS) companies, where Lemens was previously Executive Vice President and General Counsel. With extensive legal and compliance experience, Lemens has overseen compliance initiatives, conducted risk assessments, and managed litigation processes. Prior roles include serving as the Vice-Chair and General Counsel for GIS pre-merger, as well as having significant legal positions at Realm Business Solutions, WebMD, Computer Sciences Corporation, and the Attorney General of Texas. Chris Lemens holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
