Brendan Codrington

Senior Analytics Consultant (and Product Designer) at HireRoad

Brendan Codrington has extensive experience in the field of analytics and HR technology. Brendan began their career at PeopleScout HRX, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Advertising Facilitator. Brendan then joined the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as an e-Recruitment Project Officer, where they played a key role in implementing the e-Recruitment system and developed communication strategies for its rollout. Brendan later became the e-Recruitment System Adviser at the ATO, leading its ongoing rollout, conducting advanced training, and providing leadership on recruitment policy. Brendan then became the Director of e-Recruitment and Design (a/g) at the ATO, overseeing a centralised recruitment team restructure and implementing an electronic onboarding system. Brendan achieved industry best practice in reporting through the development of e-Recruitment's reporting functionality. Brendan then joined HireRoad as a Federal Government Client Relationship Manager, where they aligned NGA.NET technology and customer service with Federal Government needs. Brendan later became a Federal Government Strategic Partner, enhancing Federal Government clients' use of HR technology, data and analytics, and leading the company's response to recruitment restrictions. At HireRoad, Brendan also served as a Senior Analytics Consultant, where they redesigned and rebuilt the Analytics product offering, introducing new insights and delivering comprehensive client analytics services. Brendan also managed multiple functions as the lead consultant for APAC clients. Brendan expanded the Analytics product offering, introducing enhanced features and building tool suites to provide new insights and capabilities.

Brendan Codrington has a diverse education history. Brendan pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Management from the University of New England (AU) from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they completed a Diploma of Government in Human Resources at the Canberra Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009. Later, Brendan pursued further education at the University of Canberra, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communication from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brendan Codrington has also obtained a certification in Yellowfin Business, which was awarded in April 2021 by Yellowfin.
