Nikolina Osland

Nikolina Osland has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nikolina is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at HireRoad since September 2022. Previously, they worked at PeopleInsight Workforce Analytics for 7 years from November 2012 to September 2022, holding various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Business Data Scientist. In these roles, Nikolina applied data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from HR data, made future predictions using classification concepts, and collected and analyzed survey data. Nikolina also worked directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and implemented requested changes. Prior to that, Nikolina worked as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University from September 2011 to April 2014. Nikolina also had experience as an Analytic Applications Co-op at IBM from January 2011 to April 2011, a Junior Software Developer at Environment Canada from September 2010 to December 2010, an Extreme Blue Technical Intern at IBM from May 2010 to August 2010, and a Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op at Kinaxis from May 2009 to August 2009.

Nikolina Osland has an educational background in the field of mathematics and statistics. Nikolina obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) degree with a specialization in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Carleton University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Nikolina pursued further education at Carleton University and completed a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Biostatistics from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nikolina Osland has also obtained a certification in IBM Extreme Blue™ from IBM in August 2010.
