Alice Goineau

Alice Goineau is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent strategy and administrative support. Currently serving as HRBP & Talent Strategist at HireSweet since November 2022, Alice previously worked at Wiztopic from August 2020 to November 2022 in HR Talent, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, process documentation, and training initiatives. Additional experiences include roles as an administrative assistant at Roche Bobois and ARS Solutions, as well as a legal intern at Centre Marius-Barbeau focused on international cultural law. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from OMNES Education, a Master of Laws in International Law from Université Laval, and a Bachelor’s in Law from Université d'Angers.
