Ismael Belghiti

Ismael Belghiti is a co-founder and CTO of HireSweet, a company that helps companies easily hire tech talent. Prior to that, Ismael worked as a Trainer & Coach at France-IOI, participated in the selection and training of the French team for the International Olympiads in Informatics. Ismael also has experience as a Data Scientist in Computer Vision at Sonoscanner, Dassault Systèmes, and as a Researcher on Algorithms at LIAFA. Ismael has a Master's degree in Informatique and Entrepreneurship from prestigious institutions such as Ecole normale supérieure and HEC Paris. Throughout their educational journey, Ismael has consistently excelled academically, including graduating with honors from high school and pursuing advanced studies in computer science.
