Kelci Ferguson Ringer

Kelci Ferguson Ringer has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kelci started their career at Ferguson Energy LLC as an Accounting Operations professional. Kelci then moved on to Westminster University, where they held various roles such as Office Assistant, Executive Assistant and Special Projects, and finally, Assistant Director Alumni, Community, and Board Relations. At Westminster University, Kelci successfully increased engagement and event attendance, implemented a comprehensive donor and stewardship system, and facilitated collaboration between Admissions and the Alumni network. Currently, Kelci is involved with HireVue, where they have held multiple roles. As the Vice President of Operations, they oversee the Integration Management Office (IMO) and supports the Corporate Development team. Kelci also held roles as Vice President Operations - Professional Services, Director Operations - Professional Services, Manager, Professional Services Operations, and Professional Services Operations Consultant. In these roles, Kelci has demonstrated their expertise in developing and implementing integration plans, monitoring project progress, and tracking acquisition objectives.

Kelci Ferguson Ringer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Administration from Westminster University. Kelci also obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
