Jim McGuffin

Jim McGuffin has been in the recruiting and executive search business since 1998. Jim started their career at Electronic Brokerage Systems as Managing Director. In 2007, they joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Development. In 2012, they moved to 20/20 Foresight Executive Search as Managing Director. In 2019, they joined Hirewell as Managing Director - Real Estate Practice Lead.

Jim McGuffin received their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1996. Jim then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011.
