Matt Massucci is the founder and CEO of Hirewell, a leading recruitment and staffing firm in the United States. Prior to Hirewell, Matt was the manager of technology recruiting at Morgan International and a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting. Matt has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry and is a recognized expert in the field. Matt has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes.

Matt Massucci has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Gies College of Business at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matt also went to Lake Zurich High School.
