Matthew Hernandez

Matthew Hernandez has over 8 years of work experience. Matthew began their career in 2011 as a Market Research Intern for In Vivo BVA USA. In 2012, they worked as a Financial Representative Intern for Northwestern Mutual. From 2014 to 2015, they were an IT Recruiter for Tech USA. After that, they were a Recruitment Consultant for PeopleFoundry from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Managed Recruiting Program at Hirewell, and later became the Recruiting Engagement Lead for the same program. In 2020, they began working as an Advisor and Content Creator for Careerwell.

Matthew Hernandez attended DePaul University from 2011 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Management/Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended Elgin Community College.
