Jess Tejani

Jess Tejani is the COO at HiringThing, a world-class recruiting API and platform that enables Hiring Happiness™ for anyone, anywhere. Jess has been with HiringThing for 10 years and 9 months, starting as the Director of Finance & Operations and eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to HiringThing, Jess was the Controller at Babcock & Jenkins, a marketing agency connecting buyers to global businesses by building brand, driving demand, and accelerating revenue. Jess has also been the Controller at Aristotle International, Inc. and a Volunteer for the Peace Corps.

Jess Tejani attended American University - Kogod School of Business from 1998 to 2001. They studied International Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During their time at American University - Kogod School of Business, Jess Tejani was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi.
