Robert Sterbens has held a number of roles in the tech industry since 1998. Starting at Symantec as a Group Product Manager, they managed a suite of remote access computer products. In 2000, they joined CA Technologies as a Product Manager and was promoted to Product Marketing Manager and then Director Product Marketing. During this time, they led numerous social media initiatives, increased sales win rate by 20%, and played a key role in bringing in $45M in sales through new solution offerings with Global System Integrators. In 2008, they became President of the itSMF USA Chapter (it Service Management Forum), where they managed operations for 13,000 members and grew revenue by 20%. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Canon Solutions America as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist and increased sales revenue by 33%. Finally, they joined HirLan, Inc in 2015 as the Director of Quality Assurance and created a Quality Management System and defined and wrote key processes and procedures.
