Sarala B is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development within the financial and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Hiro Systems since November 2021, Sarala previously held significant roles at Mastercard from April 2017 to November 2021, including Director of Blockchain & Digital Assets Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. In these positions, Sarala led technology execution for strategic initiatives and managed high-performing teams. Prior experience includes a prominent role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Lead Application Developer and earlier positions as a Senior Consultant at FIS and Virtusa.
