James Rimmer is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer care, account management, and leadership. Currently at HiRoad since 2021, James provides empathetic bilingual customer support and expert insurance advice while excelling in analytical project efforts. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Trabajadores Suben - Workers Rise, James established a 501(c)(3) organization focused on empowering underprivileged Hispanic and Latinx workers. Additional roles include serving as a Retirement Consultant at Bankers Life, coaching soccer at varying levels, and holding positions in sales and logistics. James Rimmer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Spanish from Skidmore College.
