Jennifer Blotkamp has a diverse work experience in the field of media and advertising. Jennifer is currently working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that, they worked at Hirons as an Associate Media Director, where they managed the day-to-day integrated media planning activities and developed planning objectives and strategies for clients. Before that, they worked at WTHR-TV as a Local Sales / Research professional. Jennifer also has experience as an Associate Media Director at Geometry Global, where they supervised local buying and planning in various TV markets. Additionally, they worked at JWT Action as an Associate Media Director, specializing in direct response, retail, and B2B buying. Earlier in their career, Jennifer served as a Senior Media Supervisor at Malone Advertising and as a Media Buyer at Roman BrandGroup. Overall, they have extensive experience in media planning, buying, and client relationship management.
Jennifer Blotkamp has a Master of Science degree in Communication from Purdue University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Marketing from Ball State University between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained various certifications, including Digital Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2022, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn in December 2021, and Google Universal Analytics Essential Training (2020) from LinkedIn in December 2021. Jennifer also holds certifications in Centro Certified: Basis Foundations from Centro obtained in February 2020, Google Ads Video from Google obtained in September 2019, Google Ads Video Certification from Google obtained in September 2019, Google Ads Fundamentals from Google obtained in August 2019, and Centro Certified: Digital Media Essentials from Centro obtained in March 2019.
