Kurt Ashburn is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Media School, Indiana University, since August 2022, where Kurt teaches a senior-level course in Brand Strategy & Media Management. Ashburn has been with Hirons since August 2019 as Vice President and Senior Account Director, contributing to research-based communications solutions. Prior to that, Ashburn held the position of Account Director/Supervisor at Miller Brooks, Inc. from June 2012 to May 2019, directing marketing campaigns for national B2B clients. From December 1997 to June 2012, Ashburn worked as an Account Supervisor at Young & Laramore, nurturing key accounts for various B2C brands. Kurt Ashburn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington between 1984 and 1988.
