Steve Landaal

Steve Landaal is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management at HIS Capital Group since March 2015, Steve is responsible for the Passive Division of HIS Capital Funding. As the Owner and Investor at Landaal Real Estate Investments since 1982, Steve has focused on buying, selling, and holding investment properties. Prior to this, Steve worked at Insphere Insurance Solutions from 1997 to 2013, achieving $50 million in new business before divesting from the company. Additionally, Steve was the Principal Owner of Landaal Trophy and Awards from 1993 to 1996, where sales and revenue were doubled, achieving an over 100% return on investment, and similarly served as Principal Owner of Landaal Trucking from 1985 to 1991, leading the business to a profitable sale with over 100% return on investment.
