Ciara Weldon CIP is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in underwriting and brokerage. Currently serving as a Technical Underwriter and previously as a Development Underwriter at Hiscox Ireland since May 2018, Ciara has developed a strong expertise in managing new business and renewal retention. Prior to this, experience at Securus Insurance Ltd. as a Wholesale Broker & Underwriter from July 2013 to May 2018 involved property underwriting for various insurers. Early career roles include positions at Allianz as a Sales and Customer Service Representative and as a Property Claims Handler. Ciara holds a Professional Diploma in Insurance from The Insurance Institute and a degree in Marketing, Innovation and Technology from Dublin City University.
