Juliana Ferreira Dias

Juliana Dias has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Team Leader Underwriting at Hiscox Ireland since February 2020. In this role, Juliana is responsible for the underwriting of various insurance products, negotiating terms with brokers, and managing renewal business. Prior to Hiscox, Juliana worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Account Executive, focusing on corporate sales in the Portuguese market, and at MDS Group as an Account Assistant. Additional experience includes roles at Grupo Caravelatur, AIG, Catchawards, FPF - Federação Portuguesa de Futebol, and Ver-CIMCA in various capacities related to sales, customer service, and management. Juliana holds a Master's degree in Leisure, Heritage and Development from Universidade de Coimbra, along with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the same institution.
