David Blackburn-Clarke is a Development Underwriter at Munich Re Specialty - Global Markets in the UK since October 2015, focusing on building relationships with brokers and providing underwriting for various insurance products, including Cargo, Freight, Cyber Liability, and Risk Management. Prior to this role, David served as an Underwriter at Gallagher from March 2011 to October 2015, and held positions as Broking Team Leader at Marsh and Client Advisor at BELMONT INTERNATIONAL LTD. David began the career as an Account Handler after completing education at Anglia Ruskin University with a BA(Hons) in Communication Studies and prior studies at Haslingden High School and 6th Form.
