Abz Shipon

Abz Shipon is currently working at Hiscox since February 2014 and has held various roles such as Schemes Account Manager, Digital Trading Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Abz was responsible for insourcing the Broker back office, successfully delivering targets ahead of schedule and saving the business money. Abz has also led recruitment efforts and managed office expansions. Prior to Hiscox, Abz worked at Capita Insurance Services as a General Manager and co-founded CM (London) Ltd. Abz also has experience as a Management Consultant and Head of Operations HDC at Highway Group Services.
