Carl Rogers

Carl Rogers is an experienced agile leader currently serving as Head of Agile at Hiscox since March 2024. Previously, Carl worked as an Agile Coach at Triple Loop Agile and held multiple roles at Discover Financial Services, including Senior Manager for the Agile Enablement Team and Senior Agile Coach for Payment Services. Carl's expertise encompasses designing product-centric value streams, coaching teams across various frameworks, and facilitating large-scale agile transformations, which positively impacted over 270 teams. Earlier roles included Agile Delivery & Transformation Manager at GfK and Project Lead & Web Developer, demonstrating a solid foundation in both agile methodologies and software development. Carl holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing from Aston University.
