Chris Loake

Chris Loake currently serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at Hiscox, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Chris worked at C. Hoare & Co. from July 2017 to November 2023, first as Chief Technology & Operations Officer, overseeing banking operations, cyber security, and digital strategy, and later as Chief Digital & Information Officer, responsible for the organization's digital strategy and technology delivery. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Close Brothers Premium Finance, leading IT and business transformation, and multiple senior positions at Experian from September 2003 to October 2014, where responsibilities encompassed global product development and strategic requirements within the EMEA Credit Services division. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Accountant at The Woodland Trust, and Chris holds a degree from the University of Nottingham.
