Daniel Symes has significant experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Trading New Business Underwriter at Hiscox since November 2016, with prior roles including Art and Private Client Underwriter and Development Underwriter, focusing on underwriting products for high-net-worth clients. Daniel's expertise encompasses UK and overseas homes, fine art, luxury and classic motor vehicles, building works, and personal cyber insurance. Before Hiscox, Daniel assisted in underwriting functions at Lancashire Insurance Group and worked as a Customer Advisor at B&Q. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Financial Services from the University of Westminster and has attained a Diploma CII from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
