Sandra Pugh

Sandra Pugh is an accomplished Reward Director at Hiscox, where responsibilities include managing the global annual reward cycle, international share schemes, employee benefit plans, and pension schemes, in addition to leading a centralized HR Operations team and implementing a global HR system. Previously, Sandra served as Group Pensions Manager overseeing £600 million in pension assets and held the position of International Benefits & Pensions Manager at Time Warner. Earlier experience includes working as a Reward Consultant at Telewest. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geophysics from the University of East Anglia and completed A-levels and GCSEs at Sir William Perkins School.
