Summer Curtis

Summer Curtis serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Hiscox, leading a comprehensive transformation of the Talent Acquisition strategy since April 2024. Previously, Summer held the position of Head of Technology Recruitment for EMEA at both TikTok and ByteDance from April 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included building and managing a high-performing team that supported numerous engineering and non-engineering teams across the region. Prior to this, Summer was an Executive Search Partner at HSBC, facilitating executive hiring for Wealth and Personal Banking and Technology sectors, and led senior recruitment efforts at Huawei Technologies. Career experience also includes management roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and various senior recruitment consultancy positions. Summer's educational background includes degrees in Music Performance from Valdosta State University and Kennesaw State University.
