Brandon Curtis

Brandon Curtis is a Partner at Hiser Joy, where responsibilities include advising clients on environmental compliance and litigation, focusing on rule and regulatory changes, and assisting with air, water, and waste permit processes. Prior to this role, Brandon served as a Senior Associate at Jorden Hiser & Joy, PLC, where similar advisory duties were performed. Earlier experience includes a Judicial Internship with The Honorable Scott Matheson, Jr. at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, multiple research assistant positions at Brigham Young University—J. Reuben Clark Law School, and an internship with the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Brandon holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Brigham Young University.
