Nadav Pass

Nadav Pass has over two decades of experience in agro-technology and research and development, serving as VP of R&D at Hishtil Nurseries since 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing quality control systems and managing intellectual property and knowledge. Prior roles include establishing a new R&D unit, coordinating growing protocols in the Hobby Division, and working as an agronomist in both the ornamental and vegetable units. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management with a focus on Environmental Resources Management from Ono Academic College, as well as an MSc and BSc in Soil and Water from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
