Gabriela Avedillo

Gabriela Avedillo currently serves as an Executive Assistant at the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a CPS Investigator at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from May 2020 to February 2023 and as an Investigator at ISN Corp from October 2017 to May 2020. Gabriela also has experience as a Childcare Provider, where supervision of safety and learning activities was key, and as an IMS Intern at SSC Service Solutions, providing IT support and maintaining helpdesk systems. Additional roles included a Student Administrative Assistant managing corporate reports and logistics, a Suite Attendant/Waitress at Levy Restaurants ensuring smooth event operations, and a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University's Cognitive Psychology Department. Gabriela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University (2014-2017) and attended Texas A&M International University (2013-2014) for a previous degree in the same field.
