Pedro Antonio Guerrero

Pedro Antonio Guerrero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Guerrero Search since January 2021, Pedro has focused on preparing companies for future business leadership. Additionally, Pedro hosts The Latino Majority podcast for Hispanic Executive, showcasing influential Latino leaders. As a co-founder of both Latinos in Sports and The Alumni Society, Pedro promotes community and advancement for high-ranking Latino professionals. Pedro also contributes as a board member at Northbrook Bank and Trust Company, a Wintrust Financial Corporation entity. With a background that includes founding an executive advancement company called Guerrero, Pedro holds degrees from Bowdoin College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
