Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Hispanic Federation is responsible for overseeing and directing organizational strategy, financial management, program development, community and economic initiatives, and advocacy efforts. This team ensures effective grantmaking and capacity building, drives policy and strategic engagement, and enhances communication strategies to support the Federation's mission of empowering Latino communities and addressing critical issues such as education, health, immigration, and economic empowerment.
