Osman Milla is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program coordination, recruiting, and community outreach within various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator for the Hispanic Heritage Foundation since August 2021, Osman previously held the position of Director of Recruiting at Casa Ruby and worked as a Shift Manager at TaKorean. Since being established by The White House in 1987, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) has identified, inspired, prepared, and positioned Latino leaders in the classroom, community, and workforce to meet America's priorities. HHF is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization focused on "a Latino helping hundreds more"​ through year-round programs including: Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards, Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT), Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs), Multi-Media Public Awareness Campaign.
