Osman Milla is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program coordination, recruiting, and community outreach within various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator for the Hispanic Heritage Foundation since August 2021, Osman previously held the position of Director of Recruiting at Casa Ruby and worked as a Shift Manager at TaKorean. During a brief tenure as an Outreach Fellow at United We Dream, significant contributions were made toward community engagement and the 2020 Census initiative. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Housekeeping Specialist at USSI. Osman is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism at the University of the District of Columbia, building on an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same institution and a High School Diploma from Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School.
