Teresa Cronin is a seasoned professional currently serving as Manager of Programs at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation since December 2014, where responsibilities include collaborating with sponsors to recruit minority talent for internships, managing summer interns, and developing new HR policies. Teresa has also worked as Special Events Coordinator, organizing events and networking receptions, and began as an outreach intern, creating databases and assisting in various projects. Prior to this, Teresa held the position of Deputy Field Organizer for the Doug Gansler Campaign for Governor, engaging constituents and planning events. Teresa holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics & Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government & Business Administration from Salisbury University.

Since being established by The White House in 1987, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) has identified, inspired, prepared, and positioned Latino leaders in the classroom, community, and workforce to meet America's priorities. HHF is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization focused on "a Latino helping hundreds more" through year-round programs including: Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards, Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT), Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs), Multi-Media Public Awareness Campaign.
