Miranda T. Hernandez

Miranda T. Hernandez serves as the National Chair of the Young Lawyers Division at the Hispanic National Bar Association since April 2020, having held multiple leadership roles within the organization. Miranda has experience as a Litigation Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and has worked as a Student-Attorney in various clinics at The George Washington University Law School, providing support to pro se litigants. Additionally, Miranda was President of the GW Law Latin American Law Student Association and contributed as Senior Projects Editor for The George Washington Law Review. Miranda has held a Law Clerk position with the U.S. House of Representatives and has completed internships with the U.S. District Court and a law firm. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
