Fabiano Carvalho da Silveira

Fabiano Carvalho da Silveira has a diverse work experience. Fabiano is currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Inotiv since October 2022. Previously, they worked as a Contract Administrator for the same company from February to October 2022. Before that, they were a Partner Attorney at Carvalho, Carvalho & Moreira Advogados Associados from January 2009 to January 2022, specializing in civil litigation, contracts, consumer protection, labor and employment, tax, and corporate law. Fabiano Carvalho da Silveira earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2004 to 2008. Fabiano later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Laws degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law between 2018 and 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Fabiano received certifications as an Attorney from the Brazilian Bar Association in March 2009 and from the Indiana Supreme Court in December 2022. Fabiano also obtained certifications as a DocuSign CLM Administration Specialist and a DocuSign CLM Workflow Specialist from DocuSign in December 2022.
