Alayne Russom

Alayne Russom is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in legal operations and ethics. Serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Thrivent from June 2013 to March 2019, Alayne successfully implemented an E-Discovery program and led initiatives involving outside counsel and employee dispute resolution, while providing strategic oversight for internal investigations. As the Business Ethics and Legal Support Program Manager, Alayne established relationships with third-party E-Discovery vendors and initiated a cloud-based communication archiving platform. Previous positions include Paralegal roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Parker, Satrom, O'Neill & Benjamin, P.A., and Magie, Andresen, Haag, Paciotti, Butterworth & McCarthy, P.A., where Alayne supported various areas of law. Alayne holds a BS in Political Science with a Criminal Justice concentration and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
